As for the second, it's an extra 10% on normal mele swings, I have it, and I use a two hander! Personally, I think it's more for PvP, where I'm trying to make every hit hurt as much as I can, as most players make it looks as if they're spazzing all over their keyboards.
Accually Necrosis does 20% of your auto-attacks as shadow damage.
Also It's not a very good pvp talent simply because you wont have a large enough ToT (time on target) to make it worth it.
5/5 necrosis does more or less 6-7% of your total damage, making it better than Desecration point by point at single target fights.
Dirge is seen as a generally weak talent in unholy and thus not commonly included. You may want to move those points around and get either IUP (mainly for the movement) or Garg/GF.
Gargoyle is more or less mandatory in any UH build :P it rocks.

Imo. Unholy 2h spec is the best you can have atm. Well, beats frost in AoE and 1on1 damage.
Don't know about Blood for PvE dps, but Unholy > Frost dps.
Though the 5-6k Frost Strike crits (that happen pretty often) are very nice.
Undless you have distinct proof showing that "UH > Frost" dont go posting that stuff.
You have no means to justify your claim and the DK dps trees are atm very close to eachother.
They all may have some "niche" they may be slightly more suited for but their single target dps depends greatly on the gear of the character (for instance, ArmPen yields the best benefit for Blood).
