What's best, stack resillience/stamina or offensive stats?

I, personally have always fared pretty well with normal PVE gear in PVP, seeing as there's ridiculous amounts of stamina on those (l2itemize Blizz!).
Anyway, if you don't access to that high level of raiding gear, then go for savage glads set. It'll do you well.
If you're talking from a gemming standpoint, socket with normal dps gems for more damage burst/output, unless of course walking around with 24k health as ret appeals to you then by all means go ahead.

Well I have some good PvE gear from naxx 25, it's pretty good in PvP but if I was going to do arena or serious PvP I'd need a PvP set, just wondering if I should be socketing resillience/stamina or strength/crit.
Also wondering if I should get the offensive pvp trinket from WG, with AP/Crit instead of resillience.

@ leav2481, there is no reason to have dev aura on for casters, they don't hit you with melee attacks, its all spell damage, try using a resistance aura instead, you'll see much better results.
@ OP it depends on you gear level, if you are low on resi then stack some up, take the standard pvp trink instead of the WG one if you are just starting out - if you start off by taking all the offensive gear then you will feel like a glass cannon. You need at least some degree of survivability in pvp. When you get to higher gear levels where high resi comes with gear, then swap out your survival gems for pure damage output ones.
Also depends on if you want to do arena and if so what your combo is, or if you want to do general BG's...
