Gem for Expertise or not?

Hi :)
I've received the tier 7.5 helm and sinister revenge from naxx tonight and have finally been able to raise my crit rate from the 33.5% it's been sitting on for ages. Oh, I'm mutilate btw. Anyway, I've been using all my gem slots for crit and most upgrades I've received previous have had haste/expertise on them, with little crit.
With my new gear I'm interested in re-gemming some of it to expertise and was just wanting some advice as to how smart that is...
This is my armory,

I may or may not have the new helm equipped when/if you look at it.
My current thoughts were to replace 6 of my crit gems with expertise ones, In all I would lose around 70 crit rating but gain the same amount of expertise. My stats when fully re-gemmed as I'm thinking will be something like 3450 AP, 35.5 - 36% crit, 180 expertise and 270 or so hit. So again, just wondering wether anyone has any advice on wether, as Mutilate, I should leave the gems for more crit and leave my expertise at the 105 it is atm?
I've had a read of some of the existing topics about important stats and thier 'rankings' but was hoping people would be able to offer me thier specific advice on what they would do if in my situation.
Thanks for any help :)

Thanks for the quick replies guys, and yeah, didn;t like gemming for crit, but even with them i had 33% >_<
Now that I have this new gear it free's things up abit thankfully.
I think I might gem a few more into expertise as well with your advice, I'll see if it's worth it to lose some of the socket bonuses, I think two more 16 expertise ones after what I had planned would cap me anyway.
Thanks again for the quick advice, any other replies are welcome too :)
