Judgements and Crusader Strike both invoke the global cooldown. Therefore, you cannot chain them as you're attempting to do with a macro.

If you want to be really, really lazy, and you don't care that you're doing sub-par/barely passable DPS. You can use this macro that's floating around and just spin your mouse wheel quickly to DPS:
Macro:
/console Sound_EnableSFX 0;
/castrandom Judgement of light, Judgement of light, divine storm, crusader strike, crusader strike, hammer of wrath, consecration, exorcism
/console Sound_EnableSFX 1;
/script UIErrorsFrame:Clear();
Assign keys by typing these 2 lines:
/run SetBindingMacro("MOUSEWHEELDOWN", "DpsMacroNameHere");
/run SetBindingMacro("MOUSEWHEELUP", "DpsMacroNameHere")

/cast Plague Strike
/cast !Rune Strike
That macro will cast plague strike and "activate" rune strike.
Rune strike is an "overpower" mechanic and is activated and then used on your next swing.
If you would remove the "!" before rune strike pressing the macro twice would first activate it to be used on your next swing then deactivate it so it doesnt get used.
Works with auto attack/shot, overpower and other similiar attacks that are "activated" rather than cast.
Your best shot at a "lazy dps" macro would be the one MischievousLoki posted.
