I am using this setup
here
.
Using a Lifebloom Rej, Regrowth rotation, keeping a 3 stack of LB's up all the time I found my Healing to be low. I have switched to a Rej, Regrowth, Wild Growth (WG, when party is taking some aoe, small hits). Then using the Swiftmend for top-ups, NS+HT(as the oh-sh_t).
I have the Nourish glyph, but don't use Nourish enough to justify it so far. (might change it out soon). After the change up of my rotation I actualy moved up in the healing done; in recount. I personaly think this is because of the Wild Growth effecting 5 targets at once. So this is where I would switch out my glyphs, and get the Wild Growth one to hit 6 targets instead of 5.

I have had some mana issues in heroic's, but nothing that a pot didn't take care of till the end of the fight; or the Innv on a drawn out fight there the group dps is too low. The 10/25 naxx that I am mostly in, I am never the main healer. There are two priests that focus on the MT/OT so its throwing a REJ on someone and moving on, and using a WG.
I would say Lifebloom is still viable, most will still agree (some people are reporting 21k crits on the 'bloom'). I personaly don't see the point. My REJ ticks for 2k, and Wild growth hits 5 targets, with swiftment as a topup.
Where my problems are, by the time the 'bloom' happens in a raid situation someone has already cast an instant heal spell and the bloom is usualy waisted as overheal, yes you do get some mana back but the intent 'the heal' was waisted. my 2 cents. Test tings out, im sure you will find a rotation/spell usage that you like, and someone with dissagree with, in the end, its your play style.

Tranquility has its uses. One fight that i pop it at now usually is deconstructor. Sometimes if your falling behind due to adds and light/grav bombs and then he pops his lame aoe &*!@, a quick WG + tranq can help get some people get out of the red zone, and you don't need to channel it the whole time, 2-3 ticks is enough, then move on to another person outside the party. Its nice for 25, and really nice for 10. I'm not a big revitalize fan either, the addition is barely noticeable, i actually put those points into finishing improved tranquility and also put a few points in the one that reduces HT/Nourish mana costs.

I personally have specced into Revitalize now that it procs on WG aswell. With Rejuv it just didn't affect enough people for it to be worthwhile, but since on most fights there is enough AoE going around that I use my WG pretty much every time it's off CD, it's quite a nice buff. It's like Replenishment, and you wouldn't want to go without that.
In all honesty, I haven't actually checked via Recount or WWS how much fight it does restore in an average boss fight, but I'm confident it's worth its points.

MT's healing:
Rejuv should always be on the tanks. Regrowth next, followed by stacking LB and using nourish, trying to time the healing so LB blooms are useful. WG is good on the tank with melee dps and continous raid dmg. LB should be 3 stacked onto a tank and let bloom. LB really starts to lose it mana efficiently after you refresh the 3 stack, because you wont get mana back for additional refreshes, so let it bloom after it gets to its initial 3 stack.
For raid healing, there is WG of course and nourish, imo. 5/5 tranquil spirit really lets nourish be a good raid heal. Nourish, with fast cast (for easy spaming), its increased crit rate and living seed, you can heal the same player twice. There is alot of fast raid dmg and living seed lasts 15secs. Regrowth is a good raid dmg healer also but not spammed on the same player. Rejuv is great for fights that have continous raid dmg. It is good to try to get this on as many players as possible. LB can be useful on certain fights as a raid dmg healer, single or double stacks that bloom are good for continous raid dmg.
Druids can raid heal and MT heal at the same time.
