Outland is actually probably the most viable level range to instance grind during the whole way to 80, especially after the nerf to experience required from 60-70. Not to mention, a lot of the instances there are rather fun and cool, although, if you were at the level cap pre-WotLK, your eyes were probably bleeding running the same ones so many times for rep, so it's a personal choice on that one.

I've found that dungeons are alright between the Deadmines and Zul'Farrak stage, and from Utgarde Keep onwards. The later Azeroth ones are far too long to be of any good, and Outland just goes by so quick that you're in Northrend before you know it.

If you have a friend who can boost you, then it will be even better. But also remember to quest. Personally, I would only go in dungeons if your gear needs an upgrade, or you're stuck in the questing process.

I was under the impression than any sane person farmed badges from kara and left heroics the quest-gear wearing 70's. At least I did >.>
