Questions about leveling Spriest

Hello guys,
So, first time playing as a Spriest... Have some questions...
1. Wands of Shadow damage type are affected by Darkness? And by Spell Power?
2. When I see talents like Twisted Faith and Spirit Tap/Improved Spirit Tap, Spirit seems to be more important for a Spriest, at least over Intellect. Am I correct? I mean... Spirit will reduce my downtime but, Intellect give me more mana AND crit chance... Who is better for a leveling Spriest? Spirit or Intellect?
3. Talking about stats... Which is the "sequence" of priority for a Spriest? I mean Spell Power>Intellect>Spirit>etc... Should i be worried about Hit Rating or something like that?
Thats all by now guys^^
Thanks for any help you could give me!

1. Darkness affects the damage of wands with shadow type?
Nope, wands are special.
The amount of int needed for 1% crit is huge (compared to the amount of int you can get) and mostly considered as a freebee and not something to aim for.
There was a golden time you could never get oom by only stacking spirit but things changed, still in terms of regen and damage spirit is the better option over int, in the lower levels.
When you get Vampiric Touch I think int maybe is the better regen option, but it has been ages since I leveled a priest.
3. Talking about stats... Which is the "sequence" of priority for a Spriest? I mean Spell Power>Intellect>Spirit>etc... Should i be worried about Hit Rating or something like that?
I think at the lower levels and the way rating works every item with Hit Rating, Crit Rating or Haste Rating provides a large bonus, but at the other side those items are rare or come from dungeons/instances.
Don't worry to much about hit, if you fight only mobs of your level or lower we barely miss any spell. You got 4% miss chance vs same levels mobs. Every level higher adds 1% extra miss until three levels higher, then it jumps to 17%, so don't fight mobs 3 levels above you.
At the bright side every level below you removes a 1% miss chance, till a maximum of 0% miss chance at 4 level below you.
I guess it's Spellpower > Spirit = Int, depending on what experienced priest levelers say about point 2.

Thanks for all your help Elrael
But if someone else could help... Which is more important? Spirit x Intellect

I'd say none is more important while leveling. If you don't have much spirit, you won't regen. The contribution to spellpower is a bit low to be really important. On the other hand, if you don't have much intellect, your mana pool will be small and you will run out of mana and risking running out of mana in the middle of a fight if you pull more than one mob is bad.
You don't need to worry about hit rating since your talents give you a passive 3% hit and 3% more once you start attacking. This removes completely the miss chance against +2 level mobs and you'll have 11% miss against +3 level mobs, that you shouldn't be killing anyway if you want to level fast.
Also, before the Outlands, spellpower is nice to have, but it generally comes on items that have little base stats because they got spellpower. Thus you should collect spellpower gear, but don't overdo it or you'll end up with a ridiculous mana pool and close to no regen.
My level 57 priest has right now 267 int, 249 spi and 148 spellpower, things go down fast (although they could die faster) and I have to drink once per hour or so. Bought 60
Morning Glory Dew
when I hit 45, and guess what, I still have 46 left.
Once in the Outlands I'd say spellpower is all that matters but I'm not here yet so I can't really anything about that. Will find out more tomorrow ^^

I will just go over the stats, seeing as Elrael kindly explained wands for you.
At low levels, I stacked: Intellect=Spirit>Spell Power>Critical Strike Rating.
This was because haste was on no, or next to no gear. Intellect as well as increasing your mana pool gives you more regen from your spirit, so it is good to stack equally. Spell Power should be on some gear but not on most because other stats can be neglected. Spirit is plain regen, which is key to priest leveling imo. Crit should be taken where it is on gear but other stats are not neglected.
At 60 However, when you are into Outlands, stat priority as shadow should be something like this:
Spell Power > Spirit > Intellect > Critical Strike > Haste = Hit
Spell Power is now on most gear, and should be aggressively stacked to kill things quicker. Spirit and Intellect are still very important however, as they are your forms of regen. Crit is on a few more pieces but again, shouldn't be heavily stacked at this point, because it may neglect other stats. Haste and Hit are more rare on gear hence why they are low on the priority list.
Approaching 80, one should regard other stats in quite high priority and stack similarly to this:
Hit (until cap, 289 including talents) > Spell Power > Crit = Haste
Intellect and spirit will come on most gear as well as spell power.
I have not included stamina on stat priority because it is quite an abundant stat on most, if not all gear.
