What he said.
The #1 most important talent for feral PvP is Improved Leader of the Pack. The change to this talent alone made feral druids viable in PvP. Before they would just run us oom with kiting, then kill us.
I have around 46% crit in my current gear. I'm rather successful in arena, and we're climbing(found a good strategy that works really well).
Shredding attacks is also very good. You want to be stunlocking, and using shred as much as possible during the stuns. Shred is also really good for trying to get some burst on rogues with evasion up and hunters with deterance up(can't avoid from behind. =). I've killed quite a few hunters trying to save their own butts with deterance while it's still active.

A feral girl! I think I'm in love! /sexy =)
Deterrence isn't a big issue if he's not fast or backed up into a corner. I love killing hunters with deterrence up, it makes me happy(run in circles and across him while spamming shred and you will eventually see some numbers). The best is pulling a maim off while he's on deterrence.

Right.
Talent discussion time.
As its been mentioned, if you neglect your crit, your doing it wrong.
You WILL have a large crit rate as a druid, you are a rogue type class, its unavoidable, and more to the point, its just beneficial.
Agi will be your primary stat, it will improve your AP, crit, dodge, and healing.
You can also look at strength, but i wouldn't advise it, you trade a lot of survivability for a slight damage increase.
You've chosen not to take any talents in stealth, i hope you like being sapped 15 seconds into the arena. Any pvp rogue will see you 15 yards away, sap you, and kill your partner.
Put points in stealth, get the shadow armor cloak enchant, and you'll have +4 stealth, tahts enough to avoid being sapped as long as you try hiding at the start.
Your not using the glyph of barkskin, -25% crit is MASSIVE. It utterly disables rogues and feral druids, take it over survial instincts.
SI is nice when you use it, but nearly everything you gained you'll loose 20 seconds later, and yes, i'm aware you'll heal more with frenzied regen, but the few K you make over its duration will be nothing compared to the damage avoided by barkskin.
As for glyphs, i'm not sure if glyph of berserk is really worth it, 10 seconds of berserk and i'm out of energy, i only see it being useful for stopping fear which normally its already worked for.
I'd consider making rip last 4 seconds longer, at least until the new innervate arrives, then i'd use that glyph allowing an easy refill of mana when needed.
This is the basic feral PvP build

There are 3 talent points remaining you can invest in what you like, i'd recommend pred instincts.
I wouldn't bother with the armor talents however, cat form is where you'll spend most of your time in and it won't do much there, bear form time is best minimized, if your planing on using bear form tanking a lot, i'd say it'd be better to go with bash instead.

I have to disagree. Brutal impact is a MAJOR PvP talent. It's practically required.

This is the new PvP base. There are actually a lot of top end(for the moment at least) ferals not specing into Berzerker(but I always spec berzerker, because the burst is amazing).
This leaves you 4 points for one of 3 choices(assuming you spec into berzerker). Predatory Instincts(PI), Protector of the Pack(PotP), or Natural Shapeshifter.
The decision comes down to what you have the most problems with in arena. As for me, I spend as much time in cat form as possible, therefore I go for PI because the bonus to crit damage is amazing.
If you spend a lot of time in bear, go with PotP. This is a "Bear for energy regen/survival, Cat for burst, back to bear" style of play. Not quite my favorite, but has it's uses and is very viable(and a top ranking style of play). You can typically burst in cat, shift to bear and get an extra 1200-5k hit based on armor type you are hitting when you shift back to bear.

Creepy.
I guess you're not into furry love.... It's a lifestyle. (j/k)

Crit is still good/important despite res. Without burst potential, how else are you going to pressure healers. No MS effect, and only so-so CC.

is what i use, got me to 2k. Not really sure why people don't take pred instincts, I like 7k shreds.
Btw I would like to see a top rated feral without berserk.
I know, I was shocked when I saw them.... The funny thing is, I'm looking thru them and not seeing that spec in any of the top druids on sk-gaming anymore. I saw 4 or 5 of em without a point in it on monday.
I think it was a glitch in the armory not showing the point in berzerker, because I know for a fact that it wasn't there, and I thought it was utterly bizzare to not put a point in it. Meh....

I've seen that alot actually (the missing point in berserk). The only reason I could think of is that when the talent trees updated to 3.1, the point in berserk was transferred to primal gore (and berserk left blank).
