If your on 25 man and your raid is really having trouble with it, you could always try and read up on the 4-point strategy. It was really the only feasible way 40 people could do this fight back in the day.

Simple as that... Works out for most raids. DBM will scream at you when your polarity changes, you just have to remember to run opposite of where you are currently standing. The only time you really need to remember what goes where is at the very start of the pull.

turn your sound on. DBM plays a noise when polarity shifts & you need to change sides. no noise if you don't need to change sides.

hmm, maybe that was my problem.cuz i know the last thaddius i did was 10 man thaddius and i was like the first one to die
that was probably my problem because i know usually if your on the wrong side when the polarity shifts its not just you that dies you can kill other people to(unless thats gotten changed since ive did 10 man thaddius cuz ive cleared 10 man naxx before)If you died and no one else, it was either you messing up, or everyone else.
The debuff does tons of damage every couple seconds to everyone standing near them unless they have the same charge, but the damage from one tick isn't enough to kill anyone at full health, so the only way to die is by having low health already and getting hit by one person, or by running and getting hit by multiple people at the same time.

If the fight looks like that, the minus on the right dies, and all the pluses take a little damageturn your sound on. DBM plays a noise when polarity shifts & you need to change sides. no noise if you don't need to change sides.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: DBM makes a sound when your polarity CHANGES, going from NO polarity TO a polarity will play the noise. So on the first shift it will always make a noise, even if you have to stand still.
I've had groups wipe by relying on the DBM sounds on the first shift, it's bad. You can rely on it after that, but the first shift you still have to look at which debuff you have.

Your charge doesn't always change. You can sometimes have the same charge for like 3 or 4 polarity shifts. It's not that hard, just keep an eye on your debuff when DBM tells you it's shifting, and know where that charge is suppoesd to go. You can stop dpsing for 2 secs to figure this out, since you will lose a lot more dps if you and a bunch of other people die.I've gone whole fights without shifting.

One more thing... remember to run counter clockwise around him. Often times I have noticed that people that wipe the group were shifting when they were supposed to, but would run right through all of the people that were shifting from the other side.
DBM tell you clearly when to switch, the only thing you REALLY have to do is know HOW to switch.
Running in circles is actually only necessary for slow people. You can run right through the boss as long as you run right after you shift.
