Use the wowhead calculator in the future, as it's easier for us to read.
Here's yours.
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#j0xZ0xeZfg0Ixczx0V0ccut:prAMVmThere are a few problems.
1) You don't have Bone Armor. This is KEY to an unholy tank.
2) You don't have Morbidity. Death and Decay needs to be up any time you're in a situation that includes adds (which is most of the time). Just casting a blood boil to snag them won't be enough to keep healing aggro off for long.
3) Ravenous Dead is pointless when you don't have a ghoul.
I'd probably put the 3 Ravenous Dead points into Morbidity, the 3 from Blood Caked Blade into Magic Suppression, and put the wandering plague points into Anti-Magic Shell and Bone Shield.
I think the Glyphs of Disease and Scourge Strike are doing the same thing. Pick one (I'd pick disease to keep). Then get the Glyph of Bone Shield.
On personal taste, I'd have glyph of Death and Decay instead of Unholy Blight and just do UB on every RP dump cycle.

My main question for you is why do you want to test DW tanking? DW Frost tanking was "viable" pre-3.1 because of the mechanics of KM, and the reliance on it proccing often to give you more crits. As an unholy tank, the only talent that works like that is Blood Caked Blades, which is not equivalent in terms of dps/tps.
Unholy less so than frost, one of your biggest sources of damage is still dependant on weapon damage. 2H weapons do more for your abilities than 1H weapons, and your requirements for hit rating (in terms of white damage output) are far lower.
As for the build itself, I would do something like this:
