for the last 35% i would suggest staying at max range and getting into the rhythm. as you say, it's not so hard to teleport back after IA wears off but in melee range you won't be able to weave SB and SF 1:1
i've not looked at the numbers that closely but instinct tells me that IA would 'pay' for the lost SFs but it wouldn't be a big gain on a single target so it might be worth any potential loss to get into the rhythm and maintain it.
incinerates need emberstorm to be the nuke of chioce. it's not just the damage increase but the .25 second cast reduction is a major increase (10%) too. add the fact that ISB doesn't just provide the debuff but also increases SB damage and you see that SB is the spell to use for meta locks.
in your situation (needing suppression) i'd suggest dropping decimation from the rotation completely, in fact, with a build like
3/53/15
. since you're trying to provide DP for the raid you can't take points from there or iDT so decimation and MC are the logical choices.

Two Small changes I'd suggest:
Take points out of Mana Feed and Demonic Empowernment and put them into Decimation.
Take the point out of Mana Feed:
In a raid your Felguard should never run out of mana. It never has for me.
From a purely DPS standpoint, Mana Feed brings ZERO dps to the table.
In addition take out a point of Demonic Empowernment
Simcraft shows that the dps gain from demonic Empowernment is less than the dps gain from Decimation
Even in fights like Auriaya, Decimation is pretty useful. You cast incinerate, position yourself while it flies and fire off a Soul Fire right when Decimation procs.
Bah, disregard this, when I was writing that I was thinking about FG/Ember, but since you have 3 points in Nemesis, Demonic Empowernment is actually pretty good, and since you have no points in Molten Core, you wouldn't gain as much dps from fire spells anyways.

yeah, sadly those points aren't movable. decimation would be nice but if points in suppression are a must i can't see a way of getting it in without losing something important.
