Is there such a site? If not for Discipline, is there anything that explains tactics on fights from a healers PoV?

WoWWiki and Wowhead comments, among others.
As for how to heal a certain fight, just be intuitive, adaptive, and smart. In typical tank n' spanks, focus on the tank more. In person survival fights, get ready to pretty much heal anyone. In AoE intensive fights, you'll probably be the only one on the tank. In special fights (e.g. General), just learn what makes the fight so special and adapt accordingly (i.e. don't waste mana, make all your heals count, no overhealing, don't cross heal with others, etc.)

Disc healing is based around pw:s, flash heal and penance. If your specced right you will mitigate a ton of damage and be able to heal single targets very very fast.
Based on how we are, we can gear up almost like pally healers.
I stack haste, crit and mp5.
As for glyphs I use glyph of flash heal, glyph of pw:s, and at the moment glyph of holy nova. But since the changes of 3.1 I will be switching that last one for glyph of prayer of healing.
As for certain fights it depends on the roll and what other healers are in the group. For some reason I get stuck group healing a lot.
If the group takes dmg fast spam pw:s and flashheal and then penance anyone taking damage fast.
I try to use power infusion every cd as long as I know I'll be casting constantly for the 15 seconds it lasts.
Our version of Guardian Spirit is Pain suppression. I know its not the same and it reduces the targets threat, but its not by much and will save a tank in heartbeat.
Our heals will never ever top the meters but our pw:s almost mitigates 6k damage. Thats a big amount especially followed by a greater heal of 8k or more and/or a couple flash heals of 4.5k or more each.
