Horde at level 21: Tarren Mill next or Barrens?

I just finished up Ghostlands and am level 21. The quest chains seem to be pointing me towards Tarren Mill/Hillsbrad Foothills. Should I head there next or is 21 a bit too low for the Horde quests in the zone?

I've been following that guide for past two hours and I'm already improving my experience income greatly xD

Tarren Mills is a great place to level. (I love the whole undead/forsaken theme) You will mostly likely stay at tarren mill till around 24 where you should switch to 1k needles for a couple levels then back to tarren mills for some of end chain quests then back to 1k salt flats at around 32ish. (just go back and forth between the 2 zones they have quests for a wide range of 20-33ish levels)

Barrens chat is not what it used to be. It is sad to say that I might miss it lol.
