I've recently recieved all of my heroic gear, etc, thinking I wouldn't be geared for a bit (Took 2 days, 7 drops yesterday, heh), and what do you know, I am. Well, the issue I have now is I'm
14 hit rating
over the cap! I have 2 questions:
1. Is there any gem/ring that ONLY gives 2 hit rating/12 less than my current ring (Thane Reaper's Signet)? Needs replacement anyway.
2. Is this such a huge problem? Or am I overreacting about lost gem/gear space? =S
Armory info is on my profile page, you'll see which of my rings is the problem. Thanks in advance to anyone who can answer any of the two questions.

Your Chestpiece has a +16 Hit gem in it. You could swap that out for a Glinting Monarch Topaz (+8 Hit and +8 Agility) ir a Pristine Monarch Topaz (+16 Attack Power and +8 Hit). Either of these will keep you over the hitcap, aren't usually that expensive to buy if you don't know anyone who can make them and add other stats. You can also throw a belt buckle on the belt for any gem (besides a meta) that you want.
I know your original post is just about your hitcap but I would definately suggest grinding out the dailies for rep. Hodir has the nice shoulder enchants and Knights of the Ebon Blade I think have the helm enchants. Both of those you can grind all the way to exalted just doing dailies and make good gold along the way.
Ok I keep editing this because I'm looking more and more at your gear. You have a total of +40 Hit just in your gems. Swap some of the +Hit gems out and add enchants like Icewalker.
