What points to take out of standard Enh build to keep IGW?

I'm planning on going resto for the end-game, but I'd like to keep my enhance spec viable when I get a chance to play that. But I want the spec to also be good for solo, and don't think I could live without Improved Ghost Wolf, and I'm trying to figure out where to get the points.
I'm thinking of this as the barebones spec, with 4 points left over:

I should probably put two of those points into Improved Windfury Totem, right? Should the last two points go into Improved Shields, or should I complete Call of Fire and put only one point into IS?
Any suggestions are appreciated.

Remember that when you pop your wolves you have a dash. Personally, that plus earth elemental should be more than enough to get out of any hairy situation you'd find yourself in. Therefore, you won't be laughed at when you are dpsing in a raid with 2 points in GW :)
Perhaps you can explain to me why anyone would laugh at me for using
this build
?
The only things I can see that are really missing, per se, are less points in Ancestral Knowledge. So me putting two points into Impoved Ghost Wolf means I have 2 less points in Ancestral Knowledge, which works out to 4% less intellect. Even if I had 1000 int, that only works out to 40 less intellect, which is only 40ap with the appropriate talents.
Before it's suggested, I was reading on EJ enhancement shammie thread that Improved Shields was only a 1-2 DPS increase and was actually a waste of talent points (read that as 1-2 dps increase, not even 1-2%!). Also the only other places that you could put those points would be Convection or Reverberation, which again are not huge increases to DPS. Mainly cause a reduced CD on your shocks would be wasted as Stormstrike or an MW5 LB cast will take precedence over a shock anyway.
Sooo why is it so bad to have improved ghost wolf? Why would anyone really laugh at me for having that?

Improved Shields is not metioned as 1-2 DPS increase on EJ, Improved Shields give more DPS than any other talent does (when the necessary talents are already taken), for it only being a 1-2 DPS increase for you, you would have to have gear worth making 25dps overall.
Sim it with your gear (if you have any for enhancement already) and decide after, and 40ap more through intellect isn't that bad, either, it may sound like a small increase. It will be the same with gems, where the ap gems "only" give 32ap, still you will get better in DPS by quite an amount with every gem you get on your gear.
If you want to raid, then don't spec IGW, you won't really need it for survival, unless your on a PvP server or just do a lot of BG's and Arena, but for the first, it wouldn't be worth it for me, for the latter you should have a spec for PvP then. A PvP ENhancement Shaman is not really viable, you can't really get both.

I think the post made about Improved Shields being only a 1-2 dps increase was posted later in the thread. Since the person who managed the thread was only leaving posts in that were relevant, I assumed it was as well.
Regardless, I think the point I was moreso trying to make was that you can still go the improved ghost wolf route if you wanted to unless you were very much into min/maxing your character. Granted that IGW doesn't do much for you because it can only be used outdoors anyway.
On another note, you say that PvP enhancement shaman is not really viable? I was thinking about maybe some sort of synergy with enhancement shammie and frost mage, for that Frozen Power talent and the mages ability to crit anything frozen. Maybe I'll make a new thread to discuss that though...

I meant to say not raid viable.
Frozen Power mostly useless in PvE, as the effect of both Frostbrand and Frostshock doesn't work on Bosses and the root effect of Frostshock doesn't count as frozen, and even if it were, you could only use it on trash or adds, and most of those come in bigger groups and burning one of those a bit faster down doesn't make the deal, also the effect breaks off once the target is attacked, so the tank will mostly be the one to attack the frozen target first.

because its useless for pve...
Going fast from one spot to the other in a raid can't be bad. Now let's find a raid where we can use it...
Razorscale and Xt-002!

Razorscale and Xt-002!
Add Sartharion and probably works on Malygos, too (though it doesn't have much value there) and I guess could have it's uses on Flame Leviathan as well, if you get your vehicle destroyed, or the driver of your demolisher is too lazy to aim.
Doesn't change the point, though, those are hardly enough to make up for keeping IGW permanently.
