You should check out the talent discussion forums on the Warlock's Den (wowmb.net). I'm fairly certain that the Warlock forum right here on WoWhead has some useful information as well. A little research will go a long way. Knowing what talents do will also help. Last thing, there is no perfect build. There's only the build that works with your playstyle.
