Does Enhancing Totems in the enhancement tree affect Totem of Wrath?

Check the tooltip for the talent. Seriously.
Totem of Wrath is a replacement for Flametongue. Which is why Enhancing totems affecting it would make sense. Also, tooltips aren't always 100% correct. Seriously.

"serious elemental totem question".. my my. how misleading, and no, it ONLY affects the two totems it lists. I'm sure if it were a typo/wrong you'd be hearing about it all over the place.
