I use 100% keybindings and I click each member's unit frame and then press my appropriate heal.

/cast <your heal>
No need to click unit frames. Just mouse over them. Focusing a mob for shocks, etc? You'll heal the tank. Feeling lazy and spam healing a target? Spam away.
Which I would probably expand to:
/cast <your heal>; <Attack/Debuff spell>;<your heal>
This one will check to see if you have a mouseover, target, or focus that can be healed first, and heal them...if it can't find a healable target in any of those places, then it checks for attackable targets in the same places and fires off an attack or debuff spell...if all else fails, it casts a heal on yourself.
(I like macros that will always do something...anything...with every keypress.)

When I was a paladin healer (pre-LK) I used HealBot. So basicly I was almost always clicking with my mouse and just using ctrl as modifier. But if I needed to change targets I used the F1-F5 keys because my mouse was always on HealBot.
