Stat weights, do we have any official ones yet?

So I've checked all the EJ posts I can find and no two sets of stat weights are the same. I was wondering if anyone out there had done their own theory crafting or could show me some of the newest sets of numbers. The most recent I can find are from March 11th, but like I said, no two sets of numbers are the same.

While no one can quite say which spec is better for dps currently, the most popular variations of each (among people who do not play with their faces) are similar enough that it's possible to create common stat weights for them.

lists what are accepted as the currently most accurate stat weights at the top, linking back to our beloved Wowhead for ease of use when comparing items.

Emphasis on
what are accepted as the currently most accurate stat weights
. If you wish to argue the shortcomings of various posts and posters do so over at EJ; the community would likely greatly appreciate the discussion.
Part of the problem for frost (for any spec of any class, but particularly frost) is that a number of the people that are actually good at mathematical models and deriving stat weights are relying on the spec megathread discussions to give them the specs and rotations to plug into their spreadsheets; for frost this is still a toss up between glance-wise similar but play-wise quite different specs as you well know.
Until one particular playstyle (better wording than spec; 2D IT BP / 2D IT UP / 1D HB BP etc) comes out on top or is otherwise picked it's rather unfair to pin the blame on norg for posting a particular stat weight because it's largely incorrect for two playstyles and slightly incorrect for another.
Another problem is that the EJ Death Knight board is still struggling to catch up with the changes from 3.1 and I personally wouldn't be surprised if more changes are coming some time after 3.1.2 once Blizzard works out if they should be happy over the fact that so many different spec/styles are viable or frustrated at how rather boggy speccing a dps DK (not to forget and probably more importantly gearing) has become since it might lead to specs with simpler management doing better due to ease of pulling off even if a complex spec is theoretically better; if they intend to enforce their vision of more complex dps specs being more rewarding that is.
As for haste, I believe it's value estimate is generally based on the GCD reduction for BP frost playstyles to a larger extent than people give the stat credit for; your own estimate of 10-20% effective, ah, effect is on the rather extreme low end (scenario such as XT sigil + >=2pct8 + movement fight).
That said, I largely agree with what you say but once again I urge you to join the discussion at EJ whenever you have time. Your track record here is certainly not for shame and the movers and shakers on the frosty side of things (Darkside / Kroot, Valtiel whom you mentioned, among a few others) are currently not able to give their full attention to the ongoing discussion. There was mention of creating a new frost thread since the OP of the current one is no longer maintained and updated so it's a fairly opportune time.

The combined Unholy and Frost set is only for tier 7 though; it's mostly there for posterity since it's no longer particularly relevant with 3.1 released. Apologies if I missed a post of latter date suggesting they be merged again, I haven't had time to follow the thread very closely as of late.
Out of curiosity, what is the issue with your account? You should be able to post in any existing thread as soon as the account is activated, only restriction is having to make ten posts (without infractions) before you can create new threads (which isn't quite warranted for these topics).
