368 Hit is the cap for spells (17%), for dual-wielding melee, the cap is 886 Hit (27%).
Hit is the most important stat to up until capped, after that, should focus more on AP, unless your crit is terribly low (and I just checked your Armory, I'd still focus more on AP, but try to find crit also).
For weapon enchants though, you should try to get
Mongoose
or
Berserking
, there's a lot of gear from heroics and rep vendors with hit on it, you should never need to enchant for it (except for
Icewalker
).

you 100% NEED to get your hit capped, so accuracy would be good for you. after youre hit capped, get the last expertise to get to 26, then get rid of your offhand for a slower one... just syuff i noticed taking a short look at your armory ;)

I should clarify to the OP:
You should be
spell hit capped
. Beyond that is not necessary. Beyond that, get expertise capped and only then worry about AP/Crit/etc.
The melee hit cap isn't important. I just wanted to make that clear. Its the spell hit cap you want to reach.

As they want to make Ulduar 10 man hard mode to be doable in Ulduar 10 man equip, you might also have
The Masticator
and
Caress of Insanity
(best OH for us in game) available, if the hard modes are yet possible with 10 man equip, if they're not they probably will get tuned to be possible. Though of course that depends on your guild or whomever you're raiding with, as the hard modes sure aren't easy.
