Which quest causes this cut-scene?

I remember watching my coworker do a certain quest, and during that quest a cut-scene happened. Basically, the horde and alliance joined together at a big castle-like structure to fight the scourge.
Is this a quest cut-scene? If so, which quest starts it?
Dying to get to it to watch it again. I remember it being pretty awesome.

that whole series is the best I have ever seen in a game.
Too bad they only do that kind of thing once in 5 yrs.

I absolutely loved it when I was doing this quest-line, and stumbled upon the "cut-scene". That being said, there is one part I don't understand. When the Horde charge to assist the Alliance, and the two leaders meet on the steps...the Alliance leader says something like..."I was beginning to wonder if you would show up". The Horde leader replies..."I wasn't going to let the Alliance have all the fun".
My question is...what language were they speaking? It's well-known that the Horde and Alliance speak different languages, and cannot understand each other. How did they do so on this day? Just a goof-up on the part of the producers? Anyhow, I'm not trying to ruin anyone's fun, just curious.
Common soliders of the Alliance/Horde cannot.
The leaders? I think that's rather different given these examples.

They're very european and actually know more than their native language?

It's common knowledge that everyone speaks the same language for the camera.
Actually the fact that you can't understand the opposing faction in game is the real flaw, because all through Warcraft III, everyone spoke the same language (more or less).

Players aren't permitted to speak the language of the other faction to prevent insults, racial slurs (your momma's a tauren!), and general bad-mouthing.
However, the common language of WoW is, well, Common. The undead used to be able to speak Common (and thus talk to the Alliance) in Vanilla, before it was removed, due to insults and bad-mouthing all around.
Also, NPCs of the opposite faction can often be heard talking, even though you (supposedly) can't understand them. For example, when Horde characters attack Commander Stoutbeard in Heroic Nexus, you can understand him perfectly, despite the fact that he's speaking Common.

to answer the original question
, that cut scene is from the quest
Return to Angrathar
, which starts in Dragonblight with
Into Hostile Territory
.
After you've done the quest
you can speak with
Alexstrasza the Life-Binder
, but suggesting it when you haven't done the quest yourself doesn't help.

That cut scene is what is known as a Loregasm. Seriously, one of WoW's finest moments! Does anyone know if Blizzard included any more cut scenes like that in the game anywhere?
