Is this a raiding build, or a questing/five mans build?
If it's a PvE raiding build, this is the generally accepted build:
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#sZVZVf0xbIuhdIfsuwith a whole whopping 14 points left to pick up whatever you feel like. Imp Blessing of Might can be nice, especially if you're the only Ret Pally in the raid (though many Holy Pallies pick it up now).
Many Paladins are going down to Divine Guardian, just because we can, and it's a very useful spell, situationaly. Also, evaluate who you're running with. Have a Boomkin? Might not need Swift Retribution (though I still take it, to help cover the whole raid in situations where we may be apart, and just because we have the points right now D:)
If it's a PvE soloing/5 man build, it will probably look pretty similar, except you might want to chose Imp Devo Aura instead of Divine Gaurdian, now that Swift Retribution and Sanctified Retribution work with any aura. You might also want Divinity or Divine Purpose, to increasing your healing or reduce the chance to be hit by spells/ranged attacks, respectively.
For PvP, and forgive me since I'm not a PvP Retadin, but this is probably what I would do:
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#sZVGzmrZxcrxrIuGdIfozYou're missing out on Righteous Vengeance and Sheath of Light, SoL can be really useful, especially in specific situations, and taking Eye for an Eye, which I would very possibly swap for Sheath of Light. There is a lot more personal flexibility in a PvP spec. Like, you may chose to not take Divine Gaurdian, even though to me, this seems like a no-brainer to macro into Bubble for PvP, just to save your teammates some of the hurt. Evaluate talents on a personal level, and consider what you will and won't use, what bracket you're fighting in, who else is on your team, etc. Like just say you're running with a Boomkin... pretty silly comp, but it could happen. Their Moonkin Aura and your Swift Retribution don't stack, so you could move those points around. If you're running with another Ret Pally, or someone else who haste is not very good for, the same could also be true. Some people think 3% haste isn't even worth it, and don't take the talent for PvP. Some want Imp Devo aura instead, if they're running with a healer. It comes down to a lot more personal choices.
Just my thoughts on the matter.
