there is a comma pointing out that these two are granted in shadowform
, if fade was to grand - spell pushback it would be without the comma, allso its called improved sahdowform,
not improved fade

Wow....just no. Commas indicate that the sentence is continuing on the same topic; a semicolon like the one I used just there indicate a related but not directly involved topic.
Also, nobody said anything about Improved Fade.
Wow, just no. No matter if it is grammatically correct or not, it is handled in WoW just like he said. That's not only true for Improved Shadow Form but also for a lot of Druid feral talents (which can have an effect on cat form, bear form or both). Without the comma it would only apply while faded, the comma makes it clear that Shadowform itself provides the effect.
