Blood draining sucks, it doesnt heal enough nor proc enough. Blade ward is so much better and procs constantly.

wow, i would love to hear your arguments for this because i completely disagree. looking at WWS after raids, blood draining is looking great to me.

Executioner imo. Still looks the coolest.
Don't know why you'd pick titanium weapon chain when you could just get accuracy for the crit as well as the hit. The disarm.. eh.. I highly doubt you will drop agro from disarm, you can still shield slam, taunt, thunder clap, maybe shockwave, etc.

I tried blood draining for a while and I really didn't feel it was very good. Kiting and movement can make the stacks drop off of you, it only procs when you are low health (which is when it is most useful, of course, but can also lead to low returns). It takes a long time for the buff to stack to 5 times due to internal CD, and if it happens to drop for whatever reason...
I switched over to Blade Ward and I like it much better. Today we cleared through 25 man Ulduar up to through Mimiron. I didn't MT every fight but I did several. On the overall meters it said Bladeward did damage around 100 times for an average of 1000 damage and was ~1% of my total overall damage. The other tanks I run with use it was well and like the results they are seeing.
I used to have a weapon chain (then moved over to accuracy). Right now I have so much hit rating I had to get rid of the hit enchant on my weapon as it was being wasted. I switched to Blood Draining first, was completely unimpressed (I think it did like 10,000 healing over a whole Ulduar raid).
For a warrior, I recommend either Blade Ward or Accuracy. (And if we ever get to the point where we have Threat Weapons and Avoidance Weapons (like we did back in the SunEater / King's Defender days), you could use one enchant on each).

blood draining might not add any threat, but it is the only EH option available.
the proc time is 20 seconds, so i've never had a problem with it falling off. the CD appears to be about 10 seconds, so figure 40-45 seconds to get a full stack.
you can't judge this enchant by total healing, because that is ignoring it's real purpose. it heals you as soon as you drop below 35% (not the next attack after). so in fights where you never drop below 35%, it does nothing. BUT, in fights where you do drop below 35%, this enchant shines.
i looked over a WWS for the night. my average heal from blood draining was ~1200, which is an equivalent of 110 stam. if ulduar is progression for you (which it is for my guild, we're still working on mimiron), then this is a great choice.
