Bad choices, some of which are mentioned above. Remorseless is great for leveling, but nothing more than that. Ruthlessness, however great for pve is wasted in a pvp build considering you'll always be mutilating twice between finishers. Improved kidney shot would be great if you're running with additional dps and coordinate burst during, but with you solo pounding on your targets, it's not such a big deal. Not to mention kidney shot being the primary target for pvp trinkets.
Quick recovery is amazing with a healer, you should definately look into getting it. Vile poisons and murder are things you should definately look into picking up since they will up your damage quite a bit on long endurance matches against healers.
And finally, yes, heightened senses. Without it you're at a disadvantage against other rogues.

Most rogues went double wound after the mind numbing nerf. I can see why, considering wound comprises a hefty chunk of your overall damage and can't be mitigated by armor.

Is good?
Good for what? Lack of DW spec reduces its effectiveness right off the bat. If you're planning on arenas it could do with improvements.
Don't perfectly agree with you that ruthlessness is wasted, you'll see a lot of good rogues like Akrioss speccing it instead of Vile Poisons after they changed Vile Poisons.
Okay then. Argument. Don't just say "this guy specced differently".
