I enjoy a good bit of PVP every now and again. I have a suitable resilience. WG made PVP very accessible for lots of people with the high honour rewards. Im able to hold my own against rogues which is always nice :D. Personally i like an affl spec for arena/bg's/1v1's.
Warlock PVP is very very fun.

Against a real pvp rogue, an aff lock has very little chance 1v1. If they're an undead rogue, you're toast then unless you're somehow able to take advantage of your surroundings.
But then the game mechanics all change once you start doing arenas. Rogues are still a huge pain in the ass, but it's a lot more possible to beat them there (especially with a healer at your back).
Not at all. You jsut need to time your trinks well. Keep them off you as much as possible and keep your dots up.
EG. Dont trink Sap
Trink the cheap shot
Do either HoT or DC to get that first bit of distance and distraction.
Get CoEx on them and what other dots you can while getting away.
expect them to have either trinked out of the CC, or if undead used WoF. So be prepared for sprint.
They will also have used cloak of shadows. So apply DOTS again ASAP, starting with CoEx.
Once thay are up close and person, teleport away. You should have gotten to a place that set the maximum distance.
Now its a waiting game.
There sprint is down, aswell as trink if not undead. So fear and dot, if undead expect another trink. But you should already have some distance.
Not the most organised plan, but when excuted with correct timings, even experienced PVP rogues can be brought down. But, you will need decent gear, with a high res.
This is solely tactics that have worked for me. Its always wise to read up and just keep practising.

I never meant to sound like they were easy. Heck no. But i love dueling them (i know strange), i guess thats because i know it'll be a challenge. But when you beat them, the satisfaction is great =]

The reason people say that Locks suck at PvP is because its no longer "easy". In TBC, PvP was LITERALLY a faceroll (as was PvE). NOW, we have to work to be good at PvP (just like every other class). I would say Locks are one of the best balanced PvP classes; with the right amount of resil and some playing skill, we are a very potent class.
