"Baby... we need to talk"
I swear... she's the only person I've EVER met who doesn't understand the concept of the words "we need to talk". When you hear that, it's usually something serious... When she says it, it could be absolutely ANYTHING.
Her: Baby, we need to talk.
Me: Ok... Let's talk.
Her: Watcha dewin?
Me: Talking. Obviously
Anyone else have someone like that? They seem all serious, then it's just a dumbass question?

Also, I hate hearing "Sometimes I think you love that game more than you love me"

Introducing wife to wow, having only one account, rarely getting to play at all myself, and hearing stuff like: "Where is this Sentinel Hill guy or place?", "Hun, what is best to use rage on heroic strike or rend?", "Why is this gnome mage telling me to put on a shield?" "why cant he put on a shield himself if it so god damn important?" "Why is he being mean to me?"
"Can you bring my dinner in here? I have to go to redridge Mountains now" "The sun is shining and theres a beach in westfall too!" "Just five more minutes"
"Yes i know your at work, just tell me how i use thrown weapons!" etc etc.

"Honey, I think I'm getting a heart-attack."
Happened to my guild master. At the time, she was after some urn with ash in Karazhan or something, so she was pretty #$%^ed off at his timing.

dont know about the whole wife thing since I'm still in highschool but it sounds like they all say similar stuff. Its all: make your bed, clean your room(no matter how recently I cleaned it), let the dog out/in(when they are on the couch doing nothing), I wanna watch a movie come get the DVD player working. Can I check my Email? were going to do something productive today(aside from saving azeroth? lol jk not a big nerd) Come vacuum my room(after she tells me to vacuum mine)
The list goes on. it seems that they want to pester me as much as posible when im vegging. They dont understand WoW has no pause button
i agree entirely. I never seem to have any chores or responsibilities to tend to until I turn on the computer. after i do that my mom has a new chore for me every 5 minutes.

The pause-button rant.. I really dont care for it.
I thought my wife was teh one that came up with it. Do they have some kind of forum too?
Like "mysignificantotherplayswow.net", you can enter the "When do they really want to play" thread, and check out the "How to know when your husband/wife is raiding" thread.
For people who dont know squat about the game, they sure know when to screw it up the most. :)

i used to hear this kind of stuff alot. i remedied this by buying my fiance seasons of the Gilmore girls and Greys Anatomy on dvd. that keeps her occupied for a while and i can play in peace. lol.
