They're not all aliens corrupted into demons, the only example of that I think of really are the Eredar, which hold some very subtle differences to the Dreanei. But for the rest, they're just aliens (to Azeroth) that already originally looked demonic in their homeworld.

Well, the Nathrezim have their own planet, the Succubi have their own planet, the Dreadsteeds have their own planet. I'd say that they're aliens that we now call demons.

They are aliens in the literal term. But because of the magics and technology that they wield, they are seen by "less advanced" (if you will) races as demons because of the evil deeds they do. The orcs and draenei are aliens to Azeroth in every sense of the word, just like the draenei were to Draenor beforehand.
Its because the draenei are benevolent, they are not considered demons, but aliens. I'm sure if the succubi were a joyous, helpful race with all others, they'd be seen as another alien race. But because the Eredar had corrupted their race and twisted their minds (maybe even their physiology), they are considered demons.
The eredar were the catalyst to everything in the Warcraft storyline. Eredar are no more demons than the draenei are, its just because they are an evil, dark magic-wielding race, others label them as 'demons'.

Yup, the Legion corrupted thousand of worlds. Some of the races, such as the Dreadlords and Pit Lords, already looked like they did, others, such as th Eredar were corrupted after they accepted the Gift of Sargeras and changed.
