Hit (assuming 2-h) white and yellow attacks: 8% (~263 rating)
Hit spell: 17%
Hit DW: 27%
Expertise: 6.5% ("soft", dodge cap)
Defense: 535 defense skill makes you uncrittable in heroics and 540 in Raids.
There's no real avoidance cap for DK's, there's an unhittable cap for paladins/warriors since they can block (~103% total avoidance).
And there's no real crit "cap" aswell..
If you're using a 2-h it's generally only worth getting 8% hit, if you're DWing (which isn't recommended) it's generally good to aim for the 17% spell hit cap.

Glyph of Dark command means you only need to go to melee hit cap :).
Glyph of dark command is a "Physically" based spell since it's a taunt, this means that it only requires 8% hit to never miss against lvl 83 opponents, it's not a spell.
Once you reach the 8% cap Glyph of dark command becomes more or less useless.

Since the
Dark command
page lists it as "School Physical" and the glyph adds exactly 8% I believe that it is safe to say that my claim is indeed truthful :)

ok thx for answers, but there is 1 more thing im not clear with. can u tell me what means when dps says he is crit capped? i have seen few dudes saying that as stat when asked
It's not possible to be "crit capped", they most likely mean that they either have a reasonable amount of crit (~25-30%+) or they simply dont know what they're saying :)
