Outfitter errors with JC gems & stormjewels

I recently switched profs to JC. You can only equip 3 JC gems at one time, and in the process of changing gearsets using Outfitter, I nearly always get an error "you can only equip 3 of those at one time." Outfitter is obviously swapping items one at a time, and because my JC gems are slotted in different pieces in my different outfits, there's a moment during the swapping process where it's trying to equip a fourth JC gem.
The same error happens with stormjewels. Because you can only equip one at a time, I get an error message as Outfitter tries to swap out items one by one.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Is there a setting in Outfitter, or something else I'm missing? The good news is that the new equipment manager handles it properly...so worst case scenario, I can use that, but I would prefer not to!

If you have enough bag space, you can swap to a "naked" set, then to the set you're really going to.

How do you macro each item set in itemrack to a key? Or more so, can I keybind each set so the macro won't me on my actionbar

I'm not sure what keybindings Itemrack creates. You'd have to open the key bindings interface and scroll to the bottom to see if there are any. If there aren't, you can create a macro with the appropriate code and then run the code that binds a macro to a key without having it on your bars.

Just use the in game Equipment manager, works perfect with JC gems & stormjewels.

What code? I have no clue how to do anything but create generic macros.

Well, for the time being, the only real solution is the blizzard equipment manager (that, by the way, is not as crappy as everyone would make you believe. Ditched outfitter the moment new patch hit).
Otherwise, just wait for a new release of your favourite item manager - new versions using the built-in equip manager API should be aviable soon-ish.
