I was talking to another rogue today, and he was the standard Mutilate spec, but instead of 2/2 Murder he took 2/2 quick recovery.
I was wondering if anyone else has seen this or tried it. The basic idea behind (he said) was that as many raid bosses in Naxx and Ulduar are not murderable, quick recovery made the healers life a little easier. And also until your expertise is 16/16 and you are hit capped (both of which I am not) the 80% refund of energy when finishers fail to hit, saves on energy meaning that your rotations will not screw up.
This other rogue had this same spec and was doing 4+k dps in VoA 10 (he did have good gear though) so I guess it is not that bad.
As a frequent troller of this forum I am pretty sure this idea has not been touched upon. Any ideas?

True for naxx, but most of ulduar is comprised of giants, which are in fact murderable.
