For what spec? :S

Ret = Blood/Martyr
Prot = Command (if you have points in Ret) or Blood/Martyr (otherwise)
Holy = Justice - it's not like the extra damage you're going to do from the other seals will make a difference, so you might as well get interrupts.

Nah.
You're right about ret, but not the other two. (In my opinion at least.)
Prot tends to mix its seals up, Vengeance/Corruption when it needs to start doing damage, Light when its being focused, Justice to lock down that healer, etc.
For Holy, its almost always Wisdom, sometimes Blood, for the lash back on a Judgement, which can break stuff like Polymorph if timed correctly (need insane latency though). Sometimes Light if Glyphed.

The OP was asking for a universal seal (in what I presumed was BGs, but can see how it could be any PvP now). I personally don't see how Vengeance is better than Martyr for a Prot pally - in either case, you do little enough damage as it is not to need to worry too much about the backlash of Martyr. In PvP, I would have presumed that you would want/need your burst damage from Command, since Prot doesn't have any other burst (barring Glyphed Avenger's Shield) to speak of.
It's fair to say that you're thinking of it from an Arena context, whereas I initially thought of it from a BG context. In a BG, I don't believe that Wisdom is going to materially benefit a Holy paladin when you can Divine Plea in between battles. On that note, even in BGs, I fail to see how Wisdom will materially benefit a paladin when you've got Divine Plea - if you need to hit them to regain mana and you're not healing, you're either on top of things, or screwed over anyway. Then again, I don't play arena, so I'll defer to more experienced people on this note.

I'd have to say Holy = SoL though.
The glyph gives you 5% extra healing why run around with SoB/SoJ when you can have 5% extra healing? And i know most holy paladins will use this if they PvP.
CC breaks can be done through HoSac no need to be staring at that mage on the other side of BS if he's gonna come over to CC you. And how many times have you predicted a rogue sapping you?
I thought you wanted to keep distance to your enemy as holy. SoJ doesn't really help if you're 20-30 yards away. While SoL/W still procs of your judgements. And any effects applied to you/your target through your judgement will also proc SoL/W

Keeping distance is dependant on your spec. JotW healadins prefer to be up close somewhat, to keep their mana regeneration going.

Indeed it depends on your spec but even as a holy/ret hybrid you'll only want to be within 10 yards every 8 seconds for the judgement, otherwise you'll want to keep your distance. I honestly dont think SoJ is a good choice for a holy paladin regardless of spec.

When doing pvp as prot I prefer to use SoV, and when there's a pack of enemies I can get a hammer in there and now I've got a DoT on 2-3 enemies, this is another debuff they have to worry about.
It still brings me joy that Prot is not a total joke in PvP. We can put out some pretty fair damage while taking a beating. And I get to lol at rogues.

As pointed out, it also depends on what kind of PvP we're talking about.
I'm a huge fan of SoComm as Ret, but then, I do a lot of world PvP, where my stuns are always up, and my initial burst can be huge. However, in most BGs I'll use SoM, unless I'm getting kited enough that I'd rather have the harder hitting SoComm judgement. It's also nice to switch to SoComm when facing a healer that's not a tree -- stun-locking and bursting them as quickly as possible is a great strategy.

I know I might sound like retard by saying this, but, tell the truth, I kinda meant one seal for any type of PvP, basically THE PvP seal
There is no such thing as
THE
PvP seal. It all depends on your spec and the situation as pointed out earlier in the thread.

I would assume he is ret because he has little concept there is more then just him and some meat sheilds to pvp. Therefore i'll also assume he is talking about bg pvp, having not grasped the tact needed for world pvp. So seal of the martyr should cover 90% of your needs in that case. If you for some reaon feel i have been too harsh read the &*!@ing thread.
