OK, so, I have two friends who have finally come to their senses and are going to start playing WoW with me. Both of them have done the trial and it seems they are going to be a druid and a warrior. I don't know for sure what specs they are planning on, but I'm pretty sure it'll be a balance druid and the warrior could be anything. I am planning on starting a new character along with them, and we are probably going to be grouping ALOT while leveling. So, what class would be the best addition to a druid and warrior in a group for leveling?
I, myself, was primarily thinking of either a shaman, paladin, or a priest. I'm really not feelin straight dps because I'm sure one of them will be, and because my main is a mage. So what do you think?

That's true, but at low levels, do boomkins primarily wear cloth for the spell damage and intellect and whatnot, or are there enough leather options for them?

I'd say shaman, it would help your friends learn more group mechanics with totems and all and there will be absolutely no conflict with mail and all and to top it off, they have abnormally fun DPS & healer specs.

That sounds good to me. Now, if I were to be enhancement, we'd have two secondary healers basically, which sounds good to me. But, if the warrior was specced, say fury, would two secondary healers be good enough to 3 man some of the lower level dungeons up to, but probably not including Scarlet Monastery? So basically, could this setup work to 3 man RFC, BFD, SFK etc.? Because really, I want to show them what it's like to do instances at an early level so they are at least half decent by the time they're getting to outlands and beyond.

To learn how groups really work I would suggest 5 manning instances because that's how it really works but if you still insist on 3 manning, I would recommend a designated healer, preferably specced, a designated tank and a designated dps.

I'm going to try to 5 man instances, but its tough to get a group together nowadays at least on my server, but I'll always have at least 3, and I just wanted to make sure that the 3 were compatible basically.
