You don't pay to install the game. You pay to have an account. You do realize that after buying that code you'll be paying about $15 a month to keep playing, right?

this is why you have to buy the game for the key since only one key can be used for one account.
also if they already told you on the offical fourms then why post it here?

Because that is how much it costs to play the game, that is what the time card covers. However, you have to buy the game to get your own original key. There is no way around it.

At the end of a Trial account you must purchase World of Warcraft. You can do an electronic upgrade or go to the store and purchase it. That is all that will be required for you to play the game. Once you reach level 60 you will have to purchase WoW: Burning Crusade and then at 70 WoW: Wrath of the Lich King.
You will not (or should not atleast..) beable to add your 60 day time card to the account till it is no longer a Trial account.
The codes that come in the boxes of WoW are usable one time. So while you may use your friends game disks to install the game you may not use his key, you must either do a digital upgrade or purchase a new copy of the game.
Current average cost of WoW is 20USD.
Edit: You don't have to purchase BC and WotLK at the points above, but you cannot proceed past the given levels without them.

You only get thirty free days when you upgrade from Classic trial to a full account. None of the expansions, thus far, has come with a free month of WoW.
