1.st - You GAIN 2 global cooldowns....
We already run GCD-light. I find myself looking for stuff to do to fill in the timer sometimes.
2.nd - You refresh diseases with otherwise irrelevant Blood Rune, and convert it into a Death one - that gives a chance to freely place Ghoul Frenzy in rotation, giving you effectively 3 unholy runes while still being able to 2xSS
GF can already be placed inside of the rotation with relative ease. GoSS can also SSx2 on any set as well. You're making a dual-sided argument that can be viewed for either side.
3.rd - It gives an emergency disease refresh - Rune Tap - you instantly gain one Death Rune - otherwise You would just refresh one disease with it. This situation is unique for using GoD - and as a rotation failsafe it gives significant edge in difficult situations.
Rune Tap is a Blood talent that restores health. Blood Tap is what you are referencing.
Further, BT is used once a minute to force a refresh for GF or Bone Shield, not Pestilence. Maybe I'll use it occasionally to BB a !@#$load of adds, but that's not that often.
You don't need a rotation failsafe once you have your Hit capped and Expertise worked out a fair bit (18-20). Just refresh at sub-3 seconds.
I would like to know what you consider a difficult situation that disallows disease refreshing via SS or PS/IT.
5.th - Using both Glyph of SS and G o D...
Hmm, I don't think so.
6.th - In perfect conditions that means You use PS and IT only once per fight of ANY length meaning all remaining runes would be converted either for SS (F+U) or a) Pestilence (once per 21s), b)Ghoul Frenzy, c) Blood Boil (on heavy aoe situation), d) Blood Strike (if no other mentioned before has usage)
GoSS does the same thing.
All of this sum up for a really amazing new way of playing Unholy - and simplifying rotation to a point in whitch Blood seems like Feral in comparsion.
Where do people get off saying this stuff? We have a more complex, albeit looser, rotation than Blood. Maybe Frost has a more difficult rotation, but I believe that Frost's is more situation-dependent.
Glyph of Disease refreshes the diseases therefore takes no buffs into consideration when this occurs
I think what he meant was not that it keeps a buff from before but rather that it does NOT use ANY buffs ever.

Actually, from reading around on EJ, they suggest that Glyph of Disease is not viable due to the way our GCD schedule works between our two sets of runes. It's weird to get my head around (not good at the maths) so I may have to make a visual model for my own reference (like TBC Hunter shot rotation diagrams, haha).

EDIT: I know they haven't been amazingly up-to-date (sad face here), which is why I looked at the date posted for the above link. This was around the time Blizz announced the GoD and people were all up-in-arms over GoD vs. GoSS, especially on MMO-Champion. They debated it and argued it back and forth with plenty of flaming and frothing at the mouth, but in the end, no one knew what the hell anyone else had said.
But yes, since that post's date, there have been no changes to GoSS or GoD, so the argument presented forth in that post is still relevant.
General consensus, though, is that GoD is good only for Blood due to Blood's extremely tight GCD schedule in its "optimal" configuration (51/0/20, 1pt Epidemic, 3pt RD/BCB).
And, to be fair, I have tested the GoD because my Insc alt learned it early so I tried it out. I don't like it; it's benefits didn't outweigh SSs benefits for me.
I'll post the visual thing in a bit; I still have to work on it.

As far as being pompous, I always think it's ridiculous when people say "DK faceroll" or "Unholy is easy, go Blood." It's like saying playing an old-school Fire Mage was difficult: it wasn't. it was 3 buttons, literally.

So what would be considered the best stats to get on all items? I know you said that armor pen is pretty much out the window correct? So would getting gear with haste/crit and hit when neccesary be the best? Basicly I would like to know if there is a prefrence chart or soemthing. What is best in slot for some might nto be best in slot for me. So what should I look out for and what should I pass and save more DKP for?

Scourge Strike and those talent's it feeds off of.
Scourge Strike plays by both certain spell and melee rules, so I wanted to add a small section of which talents it work with. The following list are talents that affect SS's damage.
Vicious Strikes
Outbreak
Black Ice
Ebon Plaguebringer
Desecration
Bone Shield
Add RoR, BA (duh), Ravenous Dead and 2HWS.
Rename this section "Scourge Strike and its Modifying Talents"; grammatical error at "it work with" and "list are talents."
