A good elemental build

Hey there,

I heard Elemental was better in The Outlands.

I'am already 66, but still want to switch from enhancement to Elemental.
I made now a Talent Build: Link , But I don't think its good (me = noob XD).

So maybe can someone help me to set-up a good Elemental talent build? :D
