Im pretty sure BoK still stacks, its just that each tree has a blessing that means more to that spec then BoK. Ret has their Improve BoM, Prot as Blessing of Sanc, and Holy has BoW. 1 Pally can only cast 1 blessing (though not the same), it would be wasteful - in my opinion, to invest 5 talent points for the sole purpose of making a few classes and specific spec happy. When I have BoK on my ret, tanking DK and tanking druids told me to put up BoM on them instead.
Although in raiding, holy pallies do give up 3% crit to gain BoK in their talent trees so you can count on them for 10 and 25 mans

Kings is an epic skill.
Today in timed Heroic CoT:Culling of Stratholme BEFORE kings I had 840 int. After Kings I had 924. Thats pretty epic.
We did the timed event, and I got the mount ^_^;

Yep. I have it too, simply because +15% Seal and Judgement damage won't make a difference - I am ahead on threat in every group that doesn't outgear me ridiculously (me in pre-80 gear, group in Naxx25 gear). The other option is +3% crit from Ret tree and 2 free points. Nice raid utility, but replacable. I guess the main reason I took BoK is because it's still a nice buff and it's unique - no other class can toss it.
