I'm currently using an addon called BossInfo that does similar.. you can select from a list or have it look at your target; it provides info for Tank/Heals/DPS on a boss's abilities. I don't think it handles raids though, just 5-mans (for Cata and WOTLK).
I'll check this one out as BossInfo is nice but a little cumbersome.

I farmed that so many times for the stupid mail bracers off Ozruk (~11 runs) that I've named it LOLcore forever.
Sounds like an interesting mod, I'd love for something that looks like atlas and has boss abilities. Unfortunately I pug'd a heroic with someone with this mod (or one like it) and they still died to the bad stuff on every fight before he got kicked, he had it broadcasting to party chat =/
