No. The beauty of Wowhead commenting right now is that it's quick. I don't want a thousand confirmations. Plus, one negative or positive comment misclicked won't change anything.
Perhaps confirmation can be added when the comment is at +1 or 0 rating, and you try to downrank it. To prevent accidental purging and hiding.
