So yeah my account was recently hacked and i was wondering how long it usually takes to recover everything and get my account unlocked?

They say up to a week from the in-game ticket to item recovery, and supposedly up to a week to recover an account via email. Everyone I've known has called Blizzard and gotten their account access back with 15min of getting through to a person.
