if you REALLY want the taste of garlic, use real garlic. Slice it in little matches, make deep little slices on your loin and put the garlic inside the holes. For a more deep flavor, mix a
oignon soup mix
with 250ml of hot water and put it on your pork before cooking it.
I prefer to roast my potatoes directly in the oven, mix them with olive's oil, crushed garlic and paprika. If they are not cooked when the roast is ready, lower the oven temperature to 100 C and wait till they are ready.
I cooked some caramel pork with basmati's rice. Quite simple. If I really want to treat myself, I am cooking some "coq au vin".
