i would love to know as well. My dream addon would highlight the abilities on my hotbar I have to use to apply or re-apply the diseases on my current target when they are down or like 3 seconds from ending. if anyone knows of such addons, let us know.

Nah thats more for whats available via the active runes, not necessarily specific to diseases on the target, and i also don't want popups telling me what to cast. just something that tells me what diseases arent applied or the debuf is running out. If anyone knows Cut-up for rogues, thats a similar addon to the one were looking for that i think both of us would find useful

Try needtoknow. You can set it up to display bars for only your debuffs on a target. You can also set it up for displaying bars or procs on yourself (this was useful when I was specced blood to make sure I didn't miss my free deathcoil procs).

EXACTLY what I was looking for, thank you. Gawd and its so useful to other classes too.

edit: runewatch looks like it works too, but I want something less intrusive to the rest of my UI. neither highlight abilities, but i guess thats asking too much if i also say i don't want something telling me what to hit. looks like i can color the bars to match the color of the ability icon.
