Glyph of fear i crap anyway so ye, get rid of that one.
I like CoEx and would rather not use shadowflame even if it does slow them down more, probably because of the range difference ( i like to be at max range not stood next to him).

When they come into close range (at least for me it happens :P) the Shadowflame glyph is useful, imo. And CoEx is a minor glyph, so it doesn't hurt to have it.
And with the changes in Conflagrate in next patch I think that the Fear glyph will be more useful than now. :)

Since I'm going to assume you're talking about PvP, I would suggest Shadowflame, (to help kite those nasty melee folks) Soul Link, (a must have for every PvPin' lock) and Corruption. (although this is debatable, I've won too many matches thanks to my nightfall proc)

Quick Decay will more than likely replace the Corruption glyph. More Corr ticks = more chances to proc. Nightfall and more overall damage.
