haste is the only stat you focus on after reaching hit and spell penetration cap in pvp dont worry about crit

you need 410 hit rating and i recommend to get the spell penetration cloak or neck (there is a haste neck so cloak would be best) to get your spell penetration cap if you want to get it with gems and enchants (not recommendet) you need about 195
