After hitting 90

So I just hit 90 on my Protection Warrior and I am.. confused. Not sure what I should do now.

As I understand I should be choosing a faction. Should I go for the Klaxxi (since I am a Blacksmith) or should I start with the one I got the most rep with already?

Furthermore: am I correct if I say I cannot buy any JP gear (say.. "entry gear") until I hit honored with a faction?

Yes to the Honoured question.

As for what Faction....you realize, with no cap to the dailies, you can, if you so choose, do all of them across the zones. However, if you haven't completed all of the zones yet, go do that; you'll get more rep to help you out and get you boosted.

It all depends on what you really want to do.
You are correct in thinking that you cannot buy JP/VP gear until you reach a certain standing with one of the following factions: Golden Lotus, The Klaxxi, Shado-Pan or The August Celestials. You cannot do dailies for Shado-Pan or August Celestials until you are revered with Golden Lotus.

If you are looking to raid, I would recommend focusing on Golden Lotus and The Klaxxi. Head to Valley of Eternal Blossoms and pick up the quest for Golden Lotus dailies, Klaxxi are found in the Dread Wastes.
The other factions offer dailies too, but no gear - only things like mounts and such.
