I would sell Agony to a SMF warrior and get Torment and use it MH since it has the same stats as the axe from nefarian, the haste is basically not worth the loss of stats IMO

Use
Claws of Torment
and
Maimgor's Bite
. Maimgor's Bite is much better than
Claws of Agony
because it's agility vs strength, and it's itemized better,
hit
/mastery vs
haste
/mastery. The haste proc set bonus does not make up for this for shamans, haste isn't a strong enough stat.
The two fists will be better than heroic blues, but if you have access to all these weapons then the choice is easy.
