You'll have to finish the grind. If you can get your sha'tar to honored via aldor/scryer rep (it gives half to sha'tar until honored), and then do the Crypts quest chain, Bone Wastes, and Consortium chain in netherstorm, you'll get pretty close to revered.
The 400 alchemy stones in LK don't require having a previous alch stone though.

Gotta do some TK runs. I've been looking for them on my druid for weeks now, but nobody seems to care. Plus the new trinket is better than the SSO exalted ones. Just skip it and get the new one.

Don't even bother. Just get to Northrend and you'll get a BETTER alchemy stone at 400 that doesn't require an Alchemy Stone and doesn't cost you an arm and leg in mats.
Imagine how *!@#ed I was grinding for Shatar rep so that I can make an alchemy stone so that I could THEN make the Redeemed Alchemy Stone (recipe from Shattered Sun when you are exalted) only to THEN get a learned recipe at 400 that cost me nothing in time or materials that is better than both of them!
So just wait til you get to Northrend and don't bother if it's a problem.
