I'm kind of confused because the title of your post says you want recipes over 420 but your second post says 330...
If it's 330 then you'll need recipes from Outland. There are a couple that should be fairly easy to get. The Major Agility potion is trainable at 330 and stays red until 345 and yellow until 352. You can get that with Honored rep from Thrallamar or Honor Hold (horde/alliance factions in Hellfire). Elixir of Ironskin is same training range but you don't need rep. You just need to turn in 40 of the crystal samples from nagrand to the guys in Hala to buy that.
Northrend recpipes should start at 350, so you could level up with those and not need to transmute stuff to get there.
If in fact you did mean 420 then you may have to rely on Alchemy research to get your new recipes. I have encountered pretty much all of the factions in Wrath and I only remember seeing Jewelcrafting recipes for rep.
