Alchemy Trinkets

I was wondering do you think they will give us epic stones for icecrown. Alchemy tends to get the short end of the stick when it comes to things like this so i'm not sure even if they do give us better stones they will be good for raiding.

You obviously never played an engineer.

Level engineering to 450. Exclaim over the many fun quirky little gadgets. Look at the profession "bonuses" for raiding. Cry bitter tears over all the gold and time you wasted leveling a profession that sucks so badly for raiding.

Then talk to me about how useless alchemy is, and how it gets shafted.

Engineer crafted trinkets get replaced right away at level 80.
Engineer crafted helms are epic for level 72-80. Then you run a heroic, do a Naxx run. and replace it.

Not every item you craft with your profession is going to be completely imba compared to other items for that slot. And no, alchemy doesn't get the short end of the stick for profession benefits and profitability overall.

I think the Alchemy trinkets should be good and not useless. Also I didn't say anything about not making money, Alchemy makes a ton of money.

The fact that you linked that flask means you have no idea what you're talking about. Anyone that would use that thing in a raid <reread the OP, he mentioned icecrown> is brain damaged, as it means you DON'T get the benefit of a read flask on top of it.

And mixology, though fine if you want sp, ap, mp5, or hp, does not get any benefit from kings, and for tanks, gives FAR less hp than other professions grants through pure stamina.
