I use this build to heal kara & heroics, do arenas, and for what little grinding/farming I do. note that my gear is almost all epic, so it makes up for the compromises in my spec.

Note that my gear doesn't have a lot of spirit on it, so I've ignored spiritual guidance, DS, & imp DS. i'm much happier with the other talents than adding about 100 damage/healing from my spirit.

I like the benefits of a spirit-based build... mana regen, increased healing & damage, and a really nice caster/group buff.
:)
this is a good pve build for raiding & heroics. but you haven't taken any solo or pvp talents
